A great structured website that is not appealing will confuse your viewers and break down any trust they may have in your business; the same will happen with a good looking website that is difficult to navigate. Customers question your qualities if you have a fantastic product or service with an appalling website, and vice versa.
Every website must be, at the very least, contemporary and aesthetically pleasing. In addition, a great looking website is ineffective if its content is poorly organised and does not convey the right message to its viewers.
